The product
What is it, in one sentence?
A night cream made only for the neck, jawline and décolleté, the skin that loosens first and gets the least attention.
What is the active?
Bidens pilosa extract, a plant-derived alternative to retinol, at a strength we state on the product page. It sits in a base of aloe juice, jojoba oil, multi-weight hyaluronic acid, sodium PCA, mango and murumuru seed butters, and sea buckthorn. All thirty-nine ingredients are published in full, in order.
Is it safe for sensitive skin?
There is no retinol and no acid in the formula, so there is no peeling or stinging phase. It is fragranced, and it declares geraniol, citronellol, linalool and citral, which come from the natural essential oils in it. If you react to fragrance, patch test on the inner arm first.
I am over 60. Is it too late?
No. Older skin is drier, so the change in comfort and texture tends to show sooner. The firming look takes the same four to six weeks.
Can I not just use my face moisturiser?
You can. But most face creams assume skin that makes its own oil, and the neck makes almost none, so they sit on the surface and are gone by morning.
Is it tested on animals?
No. It is made in a facility certified to ISO 22716, with a base certified to the COSMOS standard by ECOCERT. 99% of the total is of natural origin and 23% is from organic farming.
Using it
When do I use it?
Morning and evening, on clean skin. Work it down the throat and across the décolleté as well as over the face. Avoid the eye area.
How long does one jar last?
About a month with twice-daily use. Because the change shows between weeks four and six, most people start with two or three.
When will I see something?
Comfort changes in the first nights. Texture around week two. The firmer look between weeks four and six. How fast this goes differs from person to person.

How long is delivery?

How do I track my order?
Your dispatch email carries a tracking link, and it arrives when the parcel leaves the fulfilment centre. Track your order.
What if it does not work for me?
You have 60 days from delivery to ask for a refund. The conditions are set out in full on the Returns page, and we ask you to read them before you order rather than after.
