By using this site or placing an order you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
2. Who may order
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract.
3. Products and descriptions
We describe our products as accurately as we can and we publish the complete ingredient list for each of them. Colours and textures can appear differently on different screens.
Our products are cosmetics. They are intended to improve the appearance of the skin. They are not medicines, they do not treat, cure or prevent any disease or medical condition, and nothing on this site should be read as medical advice. If you have a skin condition, speak to a pharmacist or doctor before use.
Individual results vary from person to person, and any timeline we describe is typical rather than guaranteed.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are shown on the product page and are payable in the currency displayed at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but a change never affects an order already placed.
If a price is displayed in error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than supply at the wrong price. We will tell you before we do.
5. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we send you a dispatch confirmation. We may decline an order, for example where we suspect fraud, where an address cannot be delivered to, or where a product is unavailable, and in that case we refund you in full.
6. Delivery and risk
Delivery times are set out in our shipping policy and are estimates. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
7. Returns and refunds
Our refund policy forms part of these terms. Please read it before ordering.
8. Our content
The text, photographs, design and trade marks on this site belong to us or are used with permission. You may not copy or reuse them commercially without our written consent.
9. Reviews and content you submit
Anything you send us may be used, subject to our privacy policy. Do not submit anything unlawful, misleading or that is not yours to give.
10. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that the law does not allow us to limit.
Subject to that, our total liability arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
11. Events outside our control
We are not liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including carrier disruption and supply interruption.
12. Governing law
Nothing in these terms deprives you of the protection of the mandatory consumer
law of your own country of residence.
13. Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published on this page when you place your order.
