Shipping and delivery
Where your order ships from
Orders going to the European Union are dispatched from fulfilment centres inside the European Union. Orders going to the United States are dispatched from fulfilment centres inside the United States.
Your order does not cross a border, so there is no import duty and no customs handling fee to pay on delivery.
How long it takes
Orders are prepared and dispatched within 2 business days. Delivery then takes a further 3 to 7 business days.
Allow 5 to 9 business days in total. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
What shipping costs
Shipping is free on orders over €70 where prices are shown in euros, and on orders over $70 where prices are shown in US dollars. In any other currency the threshold is the equivalent amount, shown at checkout.
Below the threshold, the shipping cost is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. No shipping charge is ever added after an order is placed.
Tracking
You receive two emails. The first confirms the order. The second carries the tracking number and arrives when the parcel leaves the fulfilment centre. A tracking number can stay quiet for a day or two before the carrier's first scan, and that gap is normal.
Phone number
Carriers ask for a telephone number so they can reach you about the delivery. It is asked for at checkout and it is used for that and nothing else.
If a parcel does not arrive
Contact us through the contact page with your order number and we will open an enquiry with the carrier.
If a parcel arrives damaged
Contact us with your order number and a photograph before you do anything else. The photograph is what lets us act quickly, and it protects you as much as it protects us.
Address accuracy
Please check your delivery address before you pay. We cannot redirect a parcel once it has been dispatched.
